About Us
Mahasukha Foundation is a non-profit organisation founded by Nubtul Tenpei Nyima Rinpoche. Since 2007, it has been actively promoting the Buddhadharma in Singapore, Malaysia, Europe and other regions. In 2014, it was officially registered in the USA.
The vision of Mahasukha Foundation is: “to be happy and to bring happiness to the world through spiritual wisdom”. Correspondingly, our mission is twofold: to preserve the teachings of the Buddha and benefit all sentient beings.
Mahasukha is a Sanskrit word meaning “Great Bliss”. Our current activities include

the preservation of a traditional Buddhist monastery in Nubri

developing a Buddhist college in Kathmandu to nurture Buddhist leaders and teachers of tomorrow

caring for underprivileged children and the community

cultivating a global community of lay practitioners
We aspire to engage in the translation and preservation of Dharma texts and foster greater support for individuals;
monastic or lay, in their Dharma studies and retreats in the future.
